| WHO DIRECTS AND IMPLEMENTS THE FISH FRIENDLY FARMING PROGRAM? |

| The California Land Stewardship Institute (CLSI) is
a non profit organization dedicated to planning and implementing
environmental stewardship, restoration and enhancement programs and
projects including educational activities, scientific studies, promotion
of beneficial stewardship practices and resource conservation activities
on private and public lands and waterways.
CLSI also supports and supplies marketing and promotion on
behalf of certified members of the Fish Friendly Farming Environmental
Certification program. |

CLSI operates the Fish Friendly Farming Environmental Certification
Program in Sonoma, Mendocino, Napa and Solano Counties. Laurel
Marcus is the Executive Director of CLSI and the principal author
and program manager for the Fish Friendly Farming Program. |

Circuit Rider Productions, Inc. (CRP) is a non-profit organization
founded in 1976 dedicated to the enhancement of natural ecosystems. CRP
provides revegetation designs, grows native plants in their nursery
and implements native plantings on Fish Friendly Farming sites that
need ecological restoration of the creek corridor.

Resource Conservation Districts (RCDs) were established after the Dust
Bowl to aid farmers and ranchers in their soil conservation efforts. The
Napa County RCD provides technical assistance, landowner outreach and
assists in the implementation of projects for the FFF program in Napa
County.
